I had the opportunity to review the NGR: No Gym Required Shoes!!! I have reviewed them before, but now they have different colors! I am so excited because these shoes are so unique and awesome!
What are the NGR shoes? They are tennis shoes with weighted soles in them. You simply put them on and wear them around the house, on a walk or anywhere and the NGR shoes will work out your muscles. I am not kidding you, they really do.
I received the NGR Jet Setter (Black) shoes. Now I love the first pair that was sent to me, they were the “Jennifer” in the lime and white, but it is nice to have different options when it comes to my shoes and I really like them.
I can wear them with any of my jeans, shorts or workout pants and they are trendy looking too! Did you know that by wearing the NGR shoes you can burn up to 50% more calories while toning your legs and butt doing your everyday activities?!?
So, I have been wearing my NGR shoes every day. Like I said in my first review for NGR shoes, I love to put these on and do leg raises with them on. Since they have weighted soles in the shoes, it really works out my legs and butt, very well!
And another great thing about the NGR No Gym Required Shoes is that they look like regular shoes. They don’t have the rocker soles that kind of looks odd. They are just regular shoes with weighted soles in them. And, if you don’t like the weighted soles, simply take them out and add regular soles to your shoes! Great huh?!?
