Happy Hour Timepieces Review

Ali #38!!

“It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere”

My husband is super hard to shop for, oh my goodness I  NEVER know what to get him. He is into cars and trucks, but can’t get him those, too expensive! Well, I came across a really really cool watch for guys! It is not JUST a watch, but it also opens up bottles without ever having to take it off!! Yep, it is a bottle opener (think cold beer if he is a beer drinker on occasion or even just a cold bottled pop!) and watch in one!! It is called the Happy Hour Timepiece!!

My husband received the Dark n’ Stormy Happy Hour Watch. It is nice looking a tough looking too. Not some flimsy girly looking watch. It is masculine and looks great on. The watch features a sophisticated “anadigital” face with a wide perforated leather band that blends a patented stainless steel buckle that doubles as a bottle opener.

More About the Watch (taken from their press release):

Each watch is built upon a Japanese quartz AL55b + Chinese LCD movement wrapped in a silver alloy plated stainless steel case paired with a soft but durable matte-black leather band with up to 9 sizing options. The face of the watch features an analog clock on the left and a back-lit digital clock on the right that display the time, day of the week and date. Utilities also include a stop watch and alarm.

Happy Hour™ was started in 2007 when I was traveling on a long road trip to the East Coast. I was wondering “what on Earth could make it easier to have a cold beer?” (Yes, it had been a long trip). I looked at my watch and my mind started going. Countless 12 packs later, hours of design & research and many meetings with drinkers, lawyers and friends, I had come up with a product unlike any other.

Happy Hour™ is built for those who want to have a little fun opening their beverage with a very stylized watch. The patented buckle allows you to pop-open your favorite beverage with nothing more than a flick of the wrist—and without taking off your watch.

Totally cool, right?! My husband loves his! His friends at work think it is pretty cool too. So see, already the guys like it and want one, when they see my husband wearing it! Man we are good!! 🙂 Now this is a guys gift, no doubt. No more neck ties or coffee mugs, guys don’t want that stuff! They want things they can use and show their buddies!
