Woot! Guess what?! I lost another pound on Slim-Fast I am now down 6 lbs since starting the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 plan and I am lovin’ the way I am feeling!!
I not only feel healthier, I have way more energy then I ever thought possible (without coffee!!! Yes I stopped drinking it!!) and I just feel good. My jeans are fitting rather nicely and I just have a better attitude towards myself.
Don’t know what the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan is? Let me tell ya! Every day you’ll have a menu of three snacks, two shakes or meal bars and one balanced meal, customized to your taste. So, for me, I will have a shake in the morning (I am so not a breakfast person) and for a snack, I will grab a snack bar (love the peanut butter ones!!). For lunch I will have a healthy (most of the time!!!) meal like a deli sandwich, chicken salad with light dressing or chips and salsa (love chips and salsa, so yes, it is a meal ). If I get hunger pains in the late afternoon, I will grab another snack bar (or munch on fresh fruit) and for dinner I will have a meal bar. Towards bedtime if I am hungry still, I will grab another snack bar or some fruit. That is it. It is so simple to follow this plan and if I can do it, ANYONE can, trust me!!!
