Spring is here, well for the most part! I am so happy that the sun will soon be shining more and more around here. We certainly NEED it! With spring comes Easter, yay

I received some cool products from Jelly Belly. We got a box of Jelly Bellys, Pencils, Notepad, pencil purse case and the ever-so-awesome Manuel Ice Shaver machine! Mmmmmmmm!
The Ice Shaver is really cool and my kids loved eating up the delicious ice treats! It is best to use with whole pieces of ice, as it shaves better. You simply put a little cup (or just use the blue cups it comes with like we did) under the machine and turn the handle until it is completely twisted down or until you have enough ice in your cup. Then you simply pour some of the syrup over the ice and there ya go! I used ice that was already crushed so when it shaved the ice, it did not do it as well. But, the kids enjoyed these! Also wanted to say, it would be nice if there was a little handle on the machine somewhere, so when you are twisted the handle, you have a comfy place to hold onto so the machine does not go everywhere. It also does not feel that strong to me, like it could break easily. Other than that, it is a fun little machine. This will definitely be used during the hot summer months!
