Okay, I have to admit that our weather is FINALLY showing summer to the NW. I mean, it has been chilly, rainy and just plain dreary for a while now and we needed this sun!! I like summer to feel, well, like summer!
I will not complain too much though, because I don’t want to offend anyone with me wanting sun, when all over the country temps are sky high. So, I will stop 
Anyways, I really enjoy drinking coffee (ya, I am pregs, so I only drink one cup a day..), but since it is warmer I love my coffee iced

I drink iced coffee year-round, depending on my mood. And while I do love to get the fru-fru coffee drinks at the specialty shops, I also make it at home. I won an espresso machine for doing something grand at work that has now been forgotten, so I have a small caffeine addiction going on.

I just love Iced Coffee! I live in the North, though, and only treat myself to it in the spring/summer when it is hot. It is just crazy-talk to think of getting an icy beverage when it is below-freezing outside!
