Me and my family (especially my hubby) LOVE cheesecake! Yum! So when I was able to review the delicious No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Bars I was super happy 
These are very easy to make and only requires 3 ingredients (water, butter, cream cheese). No baking, just mix it up and stick it in the fridge, easy peasy!
It comes with a chocolate cookie crust, but wish it was a graham crust because I think that would have tasted better. The tart cheesecake filling is super delicious and let me tell you, this did not last very long in our home
After you prepare this, just put it in the fridge for an hour or so and there you have it, a yummy and delicious treat for after dinner! I know I like this a lot because it was so easy to prepare (took no time at all) and my whole family really enjoyed it.
