The Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program

Do you live in Delaware or have friends and family that do? Then you will want to find out more about the Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program! This is a sponsored post. Opinions are mine!

The Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is a great program and Go See Joe! Sheridan Nissan is a proud supporter of the Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program.

The Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program

This program is for all Delaware Residents. There is an incentive if you purchase or lease a new, fully electric vehicle. I have always wanted to try one of those out, have you? The Nissan LEAF qualifies for an additional incentive of $3,500 for Delaware residents, how cool is that? The incentive will serve as a rebate to lower the price of any LEAF you purchase or lease.

Since Sheridan Nissan is a recognized dealer in this awesome program, they are able to claim the rebate for you, so additional annoying paperwork will not be required for you to do. The Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is a wonderful opportunity for anyone thinking of entering the clean vehicle world.

What Are The Requirements?

There are a few requirements to qualify, please see them below.

1. Find a participating Dealership (Sheridan Nissan is one!)
2. Inform the dealership that you are interested in the program
3. Purchase or lease (for at least 36 months) an eligible vehicle. (A NEW LEAF is an eligible vehicle.)
4. The dealership will roll the rebate into your purchase/lease in a manner determined by both parties. (Rebate can be used to lower your purchase price, or as a cash incentive paid to you.)
5. Complete the application and sign the section “if Dealer is receiving a rebate.” (They will handle the processing for you!)
6. Submit the application with required documentation (handled by the dealer)

I wish they had this in my area! I have always wanted to go with a ‘greener‘ car for the environment.

What do you think of the Delaware Clean Vehicle Rebate Program? Does your car dealership have something like this where you live?
