I do a lot with my hair, it is so long, so I am always trying to do something with it and keep it frizz free. Some days are worse than others and on those days I don’t want to go out in public.

I received the Shielo Antioxidant Leave In Protectant For Heat Styling And Frizz Control, to try out. What I like about this is that it comes in a smaller bottle and it is easily thrown in my purse for quick, frizz control. I also like that it is a convenient pump spray, super easy to use. It also smells like coconuts, which is simply awesome considering I love coconut scents!

It helps make my frizzies go down a bit and leaves my hair smelling great. I also use this when I flat iron the ends of my hair. And, since I color treat my strands, this helps smooth down my fried hair and give it the pretty boost it so desperately needs on those “off” days.

The unique protective complex with pro-vitamins, proteins and amino acids infuse your hair with vitamins while also providing UV protection.  Excellent in eliminating frizz and protecting hair from styling tools. And it does just that. You simply Mist throughout clean, towel-dried hair.  For best color protection, comb through to ends to deeply preserve. Do not rinse. Style as usual. I have browsed Novica’s website numerous times and have loved their beautiful, inspiring and handmade items. I can’t believe all the talented people in this world, it is really a very neat thing. I only wish I were half as talented as those artists! From gorgeous Jade necklaces, Amethyst Dangle Earrings, Silver Pendant Necklaces and Wrap Bracelets to Wool Shawls, Women’s Cardigan Sweaters and more!

I chose to review the absolutely gorgeous Marble chess set, ‘Glorious Battle’. This arrived and boy was the box heavy! Heavens! My hubby brought it to me and me and my kids opened it up. Everything was packaged with such care, I can’t believe the time it would have taken someone to individually wrap up each and everyone of the marble playing pieces! That alone would have taken forever, but they did not stop there. They packaged the board absolutely perfectly so that there would be no way it would be damanged during shipment. I really appreciated that too. Nothing is worse then receiving a broken item in the mail!

I love how each product from Novica is so personal to the buyer. With this chess set, was an artisan story card. It made me appreciate my chess set more and see who made it! These handcrafted unique gifts are just so neat!!

I had to learn to play chess all over again, but it was worth it. Me and my hubby have always wanted a really nice chess set and now we have one! It looks so nice displayed in my livingroom. It is absolutely gorgeous. It is on my kitchen table right now, but that is because we play it so often!

Easter Bunny Cookies from Smiley Cookie (Review)

Can you believe Easter is almost here? Wow, how times sure does fly! Whoosh! All I hear about is Easter this and Easter that, oh heavens no!

I was sent some really cute Easter Bunny Cookies from Smily Cookie! They were packaged nicely and arrived all in tact. No broken bunny ears here ;) They come in an array of “Easter’y” colors and my kids could not wait to bite into them!

You get 12 adorable bunny cookies in a plastic container. They all have really happy happy smiles on their cute little faces and I kind of felt a bit bad nibbling on one of their pastel colored ears. But, once I started nibbling, I simply could not stop and neither could my kids. They were really good! After a few minutes, the bunny had lost this battle and we were hyper from the sugar!!!

These are delicious, gourmet Easter cookies and my family really enjoyed them. This movie was released on March 6th and since my hubby has wanted to see this movie, I was excited to tell him he could review it! He likes these sorts of movies and so do I. He also loved the movie 300 and IMMORTALS has the same producer, so we knew this would be a great flick to watch together!

IMMORTALS is such an action packed movie full of battles and mythological adventures. It also has a great cast including Henry Cavill, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, Isabel Lucas, John Hurt, Freida Pinto, Stephen Dorff and Mickey Rourke.
