Remington F5 Rechargeable Pivot & Flex Foil Shaver with Interceptor Shaving Technology (Review)

My hubby loves a clean shave. But I like a bit of stubble, go figure! He has tried out many shavers, electric shavers, etc and most do the trick. But he always enjoys trying out more!

We received the F5 Rechargeable Pivot & Flex Foil Shaver with Interceptor Shaving Technology to check out. He really likes it. This cuts up to three days worth of growth with ease, while Pivot and Flex foils follow the contours of your face and neck for an exceptionally close, comfortable shave. My hubby loves how the head of this trimmer follows his face with ease.

The F5 has a rinseable design for easy cleaning and it features a popup trimmer (located in the back of it), and has a 60 minute cordless runtime with an LED Fuel Gauge. Hubby likes the LED fuel gauge to help him know when to recharge!

He never shaves for that long (does anyone??), but it is nice to know that this trimmer has a 60 minute runtime. So he does not feel like he has to hurry through a trim! It has a sleek design and looks quite nice on our bathroom counter top!

no! no! Professional Hair Removal (Review)

I have lots of peach fuzz on my face and neck and I don’t like it, never have. I have always searched for that ‘answer’ to take it all away, but have fallen short of finding it.

I have heard and seen soooo many wonderful reviews about no! no! Professional Hair Removal device and always wanted to try it out. When I was contacted to actually try it out, I was soooo excited!!! For I have ALWAYS wanted to get my hands on one of these devices!!! I received the no! no! Pink

I had to charge it up and once it was charged I was ready to use it. I had no clue how to use it or how it really removed the hairs, but when I found out, I was shocked! LOL. It burns the hairs!

The kit I received comes with two hair buffers (one small and one large), two different sized thermicon tips, user manual on cd, brush and power supply.

The no! no! is sooo easy to use. You simply turn it on and use it. I used it on my face first. I used the smaller thermicon tip for this area and you use the bigger one for the rest of your body.

Immediately I smelled ‘burnt’ hair, which told me this thing is actually working! My hair was coming off, which was cool. After I was done with the treatment, I then used the facial hair buffer (the smaller one) on my face. After I used that on my face, it was so smooth! But, the scent of burnt hair lingered all over my skin.

Next, I put the larger thermicon tip on to use on my legs. The no! no! did not work so well on coarser hairs. It was harder to take/burn off those hairs. Even after using the larger body buffer on my legs, I could still feel some stubbles. So, I just ended up shaving those off in the shower later on.

I totally recommend using the no! no! BEFORE a shower/bath, so that you can wash off the burnt scent smell (unless of course, you love burnt hair smell..). That way, you are smooth and you smell good

My Thoughts..

I realized no! no! works AWESOME on fine hairs, like facial hairs, arm hairs, etc.. and not so well on coarser hairs, like leg hairs or whiskers. It works, but not as well as it does on finer hairs.

The burnt smell is kind of gross, so that is why I suggested to take a shower/bath after using the no! no! hair removal system.

All in all, I am super happy with my no! no! as I really only wanted it for my face and neck anyways. And it really does work on those parts, so I am happy with it.

The device is sleek and easy to control and hold in my hand. It comes with understandable instructions and the cd is a must to watch before hand.

This is a painless way to take off unwanted hair. I had no problems with it hurting or making my skin feel weird. It is really easy to use and does not hurt in any way.

Would I Recommend This?

Yes, I do recommend the no! no! to anyone who has unwanted facial hair that is fine, like peach fuzz, etc. I don’t really recommend it for coarser haired people.

It works with any mascara and is super easy to take off. When I first applied it, some did get into my eye, but for some reason it did not really irritate my eye…? And, it is a dry fiber, not moist like mascara (forgot to mention that part!). All in all, I like that it makes my lashes more lush looking.

My skin always gets so dry during the long and cold winter months. I swear I slather on lotion all day long!

I have used all sorts of lotions and body washes in my lifetime. I was introduced to the Dove Winter Care Body Wash and think it not only smells soo clean but also leaves my skin so soft and smooth feeling.

I love using this on my loofah and it bubbles up so nicely. When I rinse it off, my skin smells so clean and feels very clean. It is creamy and is a great body wash for any dry skin.

NAAT Brazilian Keratin Hair Care Products (Review)

I am always trying to find new and wonderful hair care products. My hair is colored, bleached and highlighted, so I NEED a good shampoo/conditioner for it!

I was introduced to NAAT Brazilian Keratin hair care products and was able to give them a try. The NAAT Brazilian Keratin collection restores and intensifies your hair’s nutritional balance, leaving it incredibly smooth, strong and flexible. Definitely something my hair needed!!

The first night I received this, I used it. After all, it was a hair washing night The first thing I noticed about these products was the scent. It is pleasant and nice. The shampoo is very creamy and lathers up nicely. It rinses out clean and left my hair feeling VERY clean, almost a ‘squeaky’ clean.

Next, I used the conditioner, which is very creamy and goes on my hair so nicely. I let it sit on my hair for about 5 minutes while I shaved my legs, then I rinsed it out. It rinses out well and my hair felt pretty soft in the shower. So far so good!

After I used the conditioner, I then used the hair mask I was sent. To my surprise, it was not thicker then the conditioner that I just used. It was almost the same consitency. I liberally put this in my hair, making sure to cover it thoroughly with this hair mask. I left it on for about 10 minutes, then rinsed it out completely.

Once out of the shower, I towel dried my hair as I normally do and then I added the NAAT Brazilian Keratin Liquid Keratin Leave-In Reconstructor. I left it in for a few minutes (like it suggested) and then I blow dried my hair. This is great for blow drying hair or flat ironing your hair because it is said it seals the hair cuticles, causing the keratin to effectively penetrate hair fibers.

When my hair was all dried, I then added the final touch, which was the NAAT Brazilian Keratin Serum Ultra Shine. It is a serum, that is oily and you just rub it between your hands and distribute it throughout your hair. My hair literally shined. It was so soft to the touch and looked fabulous!! Olay Total Effects CC Cream Review

With age, unfortunately, comes them dreaded wrinkled skin and uneven skin tone. Blah! I have so many beauty products and I try everything to make aging come to a halt!

I have always really liked Olay Total Effects and I do have a few products from them already in my medicine cabinet. But, I was recently sent some other great products from Olay Total Effects to try out.

I was sent the Olay CC Cream. I am sure you have all heard of the BB cream, but this cream is much more different! It provides instant Coverage plus Correction to fight 7 signs of aging, including uneven tone, age spots, and wrinkles! My kind of makeup!

This CC Cream is very moisturizing. It almost feels as though, when I put it on my face, it has a lot of water in it. It is that moisturizing. It is creamy too, don’t get me wrong, but it just feels, when it goes on my face, that it is watery when blended in. So, it leaves my face very moisturized. So much that I don’t need extra moisturizers on my face before or after putting on this CC Cream.

- Fine lines and wrinkles: reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
- Uneven Tone: balances and helps even out tone

There are many skin care products on the market, that do the same thing this product does, but they cost sooo much money! Sure they are rechargeable, but it still does the same thing as this product. So, really, you don’t need to pay over a hundred dollars, if you don’t have too.

I received The Professional Skin Care System to check out. I love the look of it. I also like that it comes with batteries so I don’t have to go looking for some to use this device right away. I like that it comes with a body brush, soft facial brush, medium facial brush and pumice stone. There are lots of options there, when using each different brush or pumice stone. The first time I used this I used the facial brush. I used it in circular motions and it really exfoliated my facial skin leaving it youthful and smooth feeling. Also, when you use these sorts of products on your face, it helps to absorb your moisturizers better, just so you know

Also, when using the Professional Skin Care System, it will help stimulate new skin renewal, which is always nice! It also improves skins overall clarity and look. It helps to remove dirt and makeup that is deep down and leaves your skin super soft and supple.

The only thing I found is that the batteries do not last very long, with me using it at least. But, I just put in a new pair and it was strong again! This is certainly a great alternative to all those expensive facial exfoliators on the market!

I think after the first initial use, my face already felt very soft and nice. I like the effects it has on my face. The Daycare Cream is outstanding. It really leaves my face feeling great and soft. I wear this after I wash my face in the morning. I wear it under my makeup AND over my makeup, to smooth out my makeup and help it look refreshing and nice. 80% of women who used this, noticed strengthened skin. I am not sure if I did, but my skin does feel more soft.

The Eye Care feels very nice under my eyes. Especially with the nice metal, cool applicator! It feels cool under my eyes and helps make them feel energized. I use this morning and night to ensure soft, under eyes! Since having my baby boy, I have noticed small bags under my eyes. With the use of this under eye cream and that applicator, it helps take some of the baggy look away.

The Night Care is what I use, obviously, before I go to bed. It is almost the same consistency as the day cream, maybe a bit thicker. It leaves my skin hydrated and soft. 74% of women noticed their skin was regenerated. I noticed this too. It is a great night cream not only for my face but neck area too.

I love my makeup, that is no secret. Heavens, just look on my blog! Love trying new shades of eye shadows, lip sticks, glosses, blushes and more! Love it

I was able to recently, review the Pur Minerals Beautiful Creatures Eye Shadow Palette, lip gloss and eye liner. I was excited to try this out, when it arrived.

The Palette is just gorgeous. It has some really pretty colors. I like darker colors on my eye lids, and lighter colors on the top of my eye lids. With this palette, I was able to create some gorgeous looks on my eyes! These are very soft eye shadows. Meaning, they do leave some on your cheeks, when you apply to your eyes, if you are not careful. This will leave you with some colorful cheeks. So, what I do, is I blow off any extra eye shadow powder and then apply it to my eye lids. This makes less of a mess on my cheeks!

I love the eye shadow palette container. It is so cool looking with the Beautiful Creatures logo on it. Super cool! The eye liner is softer too. You don’t need to use a whole lot of pressure to put it on and make it dark looking. The lip gloss is super sticky, but really pretty on my lips. I don’t normally like sticky lip glosses, but this is a really pretty color, so I use it everyday.

All in all, I really love the makeup I received. It looks really pretty on my face and is affordable too. Plus I really like the whole ‘Beautiful Creatures’ logo on the eye shadow palette! Too cool
