My earrings arrived fairly quickly, about a week after I ordered them. I was impressed that they updated me on when my earrings were finished, by email, and again when they were finally being shipped. So I knew exactly when I would be getting them! They arrived in the most CUTEST box with a pretty ribbon all tied up. There was also a nice card enclosed. I felt truly special!

I am just so happy with them. I love how I could pick what I wanted in my earrings and how I wanted them to look. They are perfect for me. The only thing I wish they would do, is expand on the choices that you have on the styles of earrings. Other than that, the process was super easy to design and order them and the outcome is beautiful. This was a great experience!

Bottled Up Designs Jewelry Review!

Bottled Up Designs is recycled glass made into beautiful jewelry!! Their recycled glass jewelry is handmade from antique glass and bottles reclaimed from the natural wooded habitats and rural farmlands.

Not only what Bottled Up Designs amazing for what they do, but their jewelry is gorgeous! I received the Cobalt Ribbon Necklace and am so happy with it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this necklace and I rarely take it off, maybe to just take a shower. I have always loved the cobalt blue color, so this necklace fit me perfectly. It Comes on a 18″ sterling box chain. The sterling ribbon is from recycled wire that is milled in the US. So everything they use, is pretty much recycled!! I found this so neat!! Gorgeous jewelry made from old glass, who would have thought???

And, if that was not enough, each piece of Bottled Up Designs includes “The Story of the Glass” detailing what your piece was originally and the approx. age. So neat! What a great gift for anyone who is hard to buy for. Who wouldn’t love something like this? It is durable and just beautiful.

An avid glass and bottle collector, I have lived in the Pennsylvania Amish Country all of my life. As a collector, I have spent countless hours poking through the many old glass and bottle dumps scattered throughout the natural wooded habitats and rural farmlands where I live.

One thing that has always bothered me though, is how collectors take the valuable whole bottles and glass pieces, but leave the broken glass behind for the environment and the wildlife to deal with. I have seen baby deer laying in the broken glass, foxes, squirrels and countless other wildlife running through it. Even birds landing in the glass while searching for a meal. To me, though broken, this glass still has beauty and history, so I decided to pick up the pieces and turn them into something beautiful again, in my remarkable line of recycled glass jewelry. Each piece of this eco friendly jewelry is truly “A Little Piece of History for you to Wear.”

Heavy Crown Jewelry

My husband is one who does not like your ordinary gold wedding bands/rings. He has since put his wedding ring in the drawer (he cannot wear it for his job anyways, he is a machinist), and when we go out, he opted for a more heavy duty “masculine” ring. I really like the ring he wears now. It is thick and a blackish grey color. And the best part? It cost him all of $20! Haha!

There are some VERY similar rings, that I am talking about. They are tungsten rings and they are so cool! My husband is going to have to check them out. They are a titanium rings/jewelry, that is so light, that you barely know you have a ring/jewelry on. And the titanium carbide bracelets have therapeutic qualities, how great is that? The durable titanium resists scratches for a long lasting look. So neat.

The tungsten carbide rings are also very neat. It is the strongest metal used today for jewelry and is overlaid with a shiny black plating. Oh, my husband would seriously LOVE these! Kind of like what he has already! They are also resistant to scratches and tarnishing!

Absolutely love this site and how inexpensive their jewelry is. It is quality but affordable. Everything I love my jewelry to be! Check them out!

A Bit About Jenny Gaynor Glass (Taken off of her site):

Jenny Gaynor, a 33 year old Los Angeles based artist known for her airy, almost ethereal glass creations seeks to provide meaning to the things we touch everyday, thus creating handmade pieces of jewelry and art. Using her exceptional skills deriving from years of training under world-reknown glass artists in Murano, Italy, Gaynor’s vision to defeat redundancy has made her succeed in creating something that is truly unique.

Gaynor began working with glass in 1999 at Tulane University in New Orleans and got her Masters in Art Therapy at Southern Illinois University . She broadened her skills from glassblowing to lampworking and with an insatiable desire to improve her proficiency Gaynor spent several summers in Murano, Italy studying with the masters at the Abate Zanetti School of Glass and at Urban Glass in Brooklyn, New York.

In 2003 Jenny used her art therapy background to develop a children’s program while in Murano which is still part of the annual curriculum at the Abate Zanetti School of Glass today. The marriage of her background as an art therapist and glass artist is beautifully portrayed in the use of symbolism in her art.

Gaynor’s past accomplishments also include production glass blowing for Nuance Glass Studio in New Orleans, LA and Third Degree Glass Factory in St. Louis, MO where she also spent two years teaching glassblowing and lampworking.

Gaynor’s vision is conveyed through the transparent quality of the glass medium itself. She fabricates all the glass components on her torch using the traditional Muranese lampworking technique and combines them with sparkling semi-precious gemstones. Whether in her lampwork jewelry or newly introduced custom photo transfer vases her final products are a whimsical, charming, truly one of a kind piece of art.

All pieces are created by hand in Jenny’s studio in Los Angeles, California.

The g-string underwear are really cute too :) I am very happy with the product I received and I am sure hubby will be too! They also have plus-sized lingerie available too!

"All Things Pretty" by Heidi Kinnally Review!

I recently had the opportunity to try out some wonderful jewelry from “All Things Pretty” by Heidi Kinnally. I was very excited when she contacted me to review for her! I was sent some amazing jewelry, a necklace, bracelet and earrings! Talk about me feeling spoiled!

The necklace is by far one of the prettiest necklaces I have seen. It fits my neck just perfect and is comfortable to wear. It is a beautiful greenish color, and when it hits the light at different angles, it is a different hue of green, it is just so pretty! It is strong feeling and I love the clasp on this necklace too! It is not a clasp that I have ever used before and love the uniqueness of it.

And of course the pictures have to be blurry :(

But, you can see the clasp and it has two little charms hanging from it. I love the details that she puts on her jewelry! You can tell she puts a lot of thought and time into it and I appreciate that.

The earrings are strong and beautiful! They are a blackish color and are just so pretty. I wore them to Disney Live this last Friday and felt so pretty in them! I love silver, black and darker colors so I love these! They are not heavy at all and are very comfortable to wear.

The bracelet, I did not get a chance to take a picture of it yet, I will when my camera decides to cooperate. The bracelet is beautiful. It is more of a delicate bracelet, and I would wear this to church or out to a nice dinner with my husband. Very pretty.

There are so many wonderful pieces that Heidi makes. She has an etsy store, that is full of some really beautiful jewelry. I also like that the jewelry that was sent to me was each named. Very unique!

Mommy Bracelets Review

I was reading a fashion magazine and came across “Mommy Bracelets” in an ad. I had always wanted a bracelet for my daughter (the cute one she did have as an infant, she has outgrown unfortunately) so I have been looking for another one for her. I contacted Mommy Bracelets. I asked her if she would like to advertise for free on my website (as I am always looking for more wonderful Mommy Made products to share on that page). She said yes, and so I got her information and now she is on the Clothing & Unique Gifts page! Then a few days later, I open my emails to find a $40 voucher good towards a Mommy Bracelet! I was so happy and surprised! I only had to pay an extra $2 something!

I was sent an adorable silver bracelet with my daughters name on it. It has little links on it, that will allow this bracelet to grow with her. We absolutely love it. It is nice and quality made. It even came with a little cleaning cloth to clean it.

Making my own jewelry has always intrigued me. I think, if only I had the time, I would make beautiful bracelets or
necklaces… So I was pretty excited when I was sent a jewelry kit to make a really pretty bracelet from Jewelry Supply. It
is called the Cloisonne Bracelet Kit, and it is very pretty. I actually made this, with my three year old boy! Yes, it was not
hard to make (given I still have to put the ends on it), but for me to be able to sit with my 3 year old and make this bracelet,
