This movie had my little girl laughing so hard! It is cute, funny and just so much fun to watch. She is already asking to watch it again! She usually does this with new movies she loves so much.

Yes, you heard me! Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax from Universal Studios Home Entertainment, is OUT today!! Woot! I have been wanting to see this movie as much as my kids!! We received this movie to review and it certainly kept us all entertained!

It is quirky and cute and I love the characters in this movie! My kids absolutely loved the silly characters too and how silly and funny they acted. My son says he loved everything about this movie. He said his favorite part was when they actually planted the last seed for the tree. The ending of this movie was super cute and the songs sung in this movie are very catchy. This movie had my kids engaged and excited! This is a great family movie!

Sypnosis of The Lorax:

The imaginative world of Dr. Seuss comes to life like never before in this visually spectacular adventure from the creators of Despicable Me! Twelve-year-old Ted will do anything to find a real live Truffula Tree in order to impress the girl of his dreams. D-Link MovieNite Plus Review and Giveaway :)

Oh how I love me a good movie, especially watching it from the comfort of my own home with my family. My favorite kind of movie? Horror!! I cannot get enough of a GOOD scary movie! What about you???

I received a really cool device, it is called the D-Link MovieNite Plus and it is really neat!! It is a streaming media player and it allows me to stream movies, music and photos from the internet to my t.v.!!!! Woohoo!!

Setting up the MovieNite Plus was super easy to do. All you do is plug MovieNite Plus into your TV and power outlet then set up MovieNite Plus using the onscreen menu. Next, sit back and enjoy yourself!!! Seriously, it was not hard at all to set up. Super easy peasy.

MovieNite Plus has over 100+ channels and applications including Netflix, Hulu Plus, VUDU, YouTube, Pandora and more. Now I can totally avoid late fees and big hassles and have total  freedom of unlimited entertainment from the comfort of my own home because of MovieNite Plus! I just love that  I can go on VUDU, and rent movies the day they are released on DVD. No more running to that redbox and waiting in line to see if the movie I really wanted to see is even in there or has someone rented it out before me? That is annoying and I don’t have to deal with that anymore :) I am happy! Just remember it HAS to be hooked up to an HD TV for the VUDU to work.

 

 

Oh, you can also use MovieNite Plus to conveniently view live video from your Cloud Camera on your TV using the mydlink app to keep an eye on your kids and pets!! If you have more than one Cloud Camera you can also view up to four cameras on your TV using the mydlink  app. This frees up your computer and mobile devices!! Genius!!

The Whistleblower releases on Blu-ray & DVD January 24th!!

I love me a great movie!!! And The Whistleblower is a great one to see. I was sent this movie to review and check out and me and hubs love it! Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment DVD & Blu-ray release of the gripping dramatic thriller THE WHISTLEBLOWER featuring Academy Award winner Rachel Weisz (LOVE her!!).  This movie releases TOMORROW January 24th, so go get it!

Now, this movie is certainly not a movie to watch with your children.  This movie is inspired by true events, which always intrigues me even more. How far will one woman go to fight global injustice? Academy Award winners Rachel Weisz  and Vanessa Redgrave  head a powerful cast that includes Oscar Nominee David Strathairn in writer-director Larysa Kondracki’s harrowing dramatic thriller. When Nebraska cop Kathryn Bolkovac (Weisz) accepts a U.N. peacekeeper position in post-war Bosnia, she uncovers a deadly sex trafficking ring. After learning that fellow peacekeepers and military contractors are involved in the ghastly practice and its cover-up, Bolkovac risks her own life to save the lives of others and expose the corruption.

 

This movie was a very sad, but entertaining movie. I like that it was inspired by a true story, which helps me get into a movie more. Some of the scenes are hard to watch, but the storyline and the characters made this movie great. It is sad, and kind of makes you angry after you watch it. It is also heartbreaking too :( This is a good movie to watch, when your children are in bed and you have time to watch it all without interuptions.

Me and my kids love this movie. Anything with adorable puppies is my kind of movie anyways. This movie is hilarious, entertaining and teaches a valuable lesson, that families do come first! So always be there for eachother no matter what! My favorite part was when the little puppies were all piled up on eachother trying to hear what their human owners were saying, and they were saying some funny things, then they all toppled over! So cute! My kids loved it when the puppies were going down the slide into the mud puddle! They wanted to do that too, LOL! Totally cute and just a really fun movie!

We received the Targets Exclusive Twilight Saga: Eclipse and were not let down. I have been wanting to buy this and now we have all of them, until the newest one comes out :) You know, the first Twilight was filmed right across the street from my house, when I lived in Kalama, Washington. That was before I knew how big it was going to be. Each day we drove past the high school where they were shooting it and we saw Bella’s old truck and all the crew people, it was so neat! If I would have known then what I know now, I would have tried my danged hardest to see the actors, ugh! But, it was neat non the less.
