Want absolutely ADORABLE 100% Organic children’s cloths for great prices? Well, I can tell you where you can find them! I came across DoDeDa and fell in love! Simple, cute and perfect for your little ones! You have to check them out. They have two sections, homegrown and homebaked. My daughter was sent the really cute Day Lily Onesie to review! I love that it is organic and the material is so comfortable on her skin, very soft.
Homebaked are t-shirts (onesies) that feature cookies that the sisters made and decorated themselves. They are so unique and look like so much fun to wear. They are 100% organic, did I mention that? 🙂
Homegrown is a well balanced diet that includes several servings of fruits and vegetables. Their Homegrown tees are a great way to introduce your bundle to new foods or reinforce loved ones. And they are so cute.
DoDeDa’s Mission Statement (taken off their site):
At DoDeDa, we are committed to bringing you the quality products that reflect your crafty lifestyle. Unlike many other alternative fashions, we capture the essence of home life into photographic images giving our customers an independent choice in children’s wear.
DoDeDa is the product of three creative and crafty sisters (Domenica, Deborah and Daphne). It all started with an heirloom tomato that Deborah took a picture of. She had harvest this tomato from her backyard and proudly showcased in a picture. Domenica then thought of getting a iron on transfer paper and put it on a t-shirt for her daughter Amaya. We also got some blank onesies to get the transfers for
Deborah’s daughter Isabel. Daphne, then thought of putting the word, “Homegrown” underneath the picture. We all thought it was a great idea and made some samples and gave them to friends and family. Everyone loved the t-shirts and the word homegrown took on various meaning. Besides the fact that the tomato was homegrown, the word also describe the little kid wearing it. She, was also homegrown. We thought we were on to something. We came up with an assortment of homegrown fruits and vegetables. We also came up with the idea of baking cookies for Christmas and using them as decals for the t-shirts and put “Homebaked” under the picture. We tested all our ideas at various Arts & Craft Fairs and Community/Church sales and we got great feedback. We had several customer comment on the uniqueness and creativity of the t-shirts and basically, how cute they were. We were already doing custom stationary designs out of our homes including posters, weddings, birthdays and baby showers.
DoDeDa not only makes adorable shirts with cute prints, they also make invitations, cards and more paper items! So, if you are planning a party or just want some really cute stationary to write on, you need to check this out!
