E! Investigates Bullying

Please Share!

It’s hard to imagine what some children are facing day in and out at the hands of their peers. You hear so many horrible stories and watch so many graphic videos of children being bullied around at school, on the play ground and on the school bus. There was one video that I watched recently of a pre teen who got onto the school bus, and as soon as he sat down, some one attacked him. For NO reason at all, other then maybe they just did not like him. NO ONE did anything to stop this bullying and violence. The school bus driver just kept on driving and never once yelled or asked them to stop! After one teen beat up this kid to the school bus ground, the kid got up and sat back down only to have a second teen do the same things only moments later! The school bus video caught it ALL. I cried at I watched this, thinking would if that was MY child being beaten? I could not stand to think about that! My heart breaks for children and kids everywhere that go through the horrible thing called “Bullying”. It happens EVERYDAY.

E! Investigates Bullying

This one-hour episode sheds light on several recent stories and the tragic effects that can result from this all-too-common behavior when E! Investigates: Bullying airs April 21 at 10:00 PM ET/PT, only on E!. E! Investigates: Bullying explores theories of what may be causing the increasingly cruel nature of these attacks, explains how the advent of hand-held technology has given bullies powerful new weapons, and shows what schools are and aren’t doing to prevent bullying.  Finally, warning signs are identified that parents should look for if they suspect their child has become a bullying victim.

I really hope you all get a chance to watch this.
