I had the chance to review Yes! To Cookies. They are a new kind of cookie with zero gluten, zero sugar, zero starch and zero worries! ALL starch and flour is sugar and Yes! To Cookies just replaced that starch and flour with fiber so that you can enjoy cookies that taste good without the side effects of eating a lot of sugar! Also, the sweeteners they use are not metabolized so they don’t contribute to hurting the body with hidden sugars and they don’t cause the laxative problems of foods sweetened with maltitol, xylitol, sorbitol, which is very nice! This is a treat that fills you up and satisfies your sweet tooth too!

I received the Cocoa-Licious & Strawberry-Banana Blitz flavored cookies to try out and obviously keep 🙂 My take? I did not care for these cookies. They are not sweet enough for me. So, I gave them to my diabetic Aunt to try out and guess what? She absolutely LOVED them! This just goes to show you that not everyone will like the same things and that is OK. My aunt has already eaten them all and is asking me for more for Christmas!
