I have been using the FacialRX Brightening Moisturizer for about a week, and I am already loving how my skin looks and feels. Okay, one of my favorite things I learned about this product is how much it does for the skin! The FacialRX covers several common skin concerns at once, which I love!
So, instead of layering several separate skincare products on at one time, I just apply this after cleansing and still get all the brightening, firming, smoothing, and hydrating benefits. It is like a brightening serum, moisturizer, and glow-enhancing treatment all in one bottle!
This is great for someone who does not want to apply a million different skin care products every morning and night. This is really helpful for me, on mornings when I need my routine to be quick but still want my skin to feel cared for and pampered.
Gluta-Gold Smart C Complex
The main technology behind FacialRX Brightening Moisturizer is DRMTLGY’s Gluta-Gold Smart C Complex. It combines encapsulated vitamin C, micro gold, and glutathione to support brighter, more even-looking skin.
Vitamin C can sometimes be difficult to formulate because it may lose stability over time. The gold-encapsulated technology is designed to help protect the vitamin C, improve its delivery, and release it in a more controlled way. Because of this, it helps the skin to fully receive its brightening and antioxidant benefits more effectively.
I have some really light colored dark spots (gosh, that doesn’t really make sense, does it?!) on my cheeks and temples that I want to fade away, so I am really focusing on those areas the most right now.

How To Use DRMTLGY FacialRX Brightening Moisturizer
DRMTLGY recommends applying two to three small pumps to the face and neck (I also use it on my chest!) in the morning and/or evening. A little goes a long way since the formula spreads easily, so you won’t need much for each application. Because of this, I expect the bottle to last me a while!
I apply it after cleansing my face in the morning. So if you do use this in the morning, please remember to use sunscreen!!! Vitamin C can help to support the skin against environmental stress, but it does not replace SPF. So wear your sunscreen 🙂
Are You New To Using Vitamin C?
The moisturizer can be used both morning and night to achieve the best results. However, those with sensitive skin may still want to patch-test it first, especially if they are new to vitamin C products.
If you are new to Vitamin C skincare products, maybe try to use this moisturizer every other day and only one time a day. Once your skin gets used to it, you can then go to twice a day every other day, and then eventually start using it twice a day, every day. You can also use the sandwich method (find out more about that in this article). I had no issues with it, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have issues!
I like that it combines several skincare products in it which makes the value of this moisturizer more affordable. Instead of purchasing a separate brightening serum, firming product, and daily moisturizer, you are getting those benefits from this one formula.
After using DRMTLGY FacialRX Brightening Moisturizer for one week, my skin already looks a little more radiant, supple, and refreshed. I love the lightweight texture, silky finish, fragrance-free formula, and the way it keeps my skin feeling hydrated without heaviness for a longer period of time.
The instant dewy glow is healthy and very natural. I usually get this look by layering several products on top of each other. It is called skin flooding.
Skin flooding is a really popular skincare method that helps to boost hydration in your skin by layering lightweight, water-based products onto damp skin. This helps lock in moisture and leaves the skin looking plump, smooth, and dewy. I don’t need to do skin flooding when I just use this product, so that is nice!
