Do you ever send fruit baskets or gift baskets to loved ones? They are a great alternative to sending just flowers. It gives the receiver the chance to pamper themselves or enjoy great fruit and treats instead of just flowers.
I know I enjoy the gift/fruit baskets more. Flowers are gorgeous and smell nice, but I like the gift baskets 🙂 I received a fruit basket from ProFlowers and we really enjoyed it. The basket we received was called Fruitasia.
The fruit basket came nicely wrapped and with a little personal card for me 🙂 Though the picture of the fruit basket on ProFlowers looks more abundant with fruit, the basket received was great. The fruit looks less, only because it has the paper shreds in it and some of the fruit (pears) were wrapped in paper to avoid going bad, which I appreciated. All the fruit arrived fresh and sweet. The pears were soooo sweet and soft, yum! Those were my favorite. It also came with oranges and apples too.
I think for the price tag: $49.98, it is worth it.
What you get for $49.98:
Item Description:
3 Imperial Comice or D’Anjou Pears
2 Cherry Moon Sensation Red Pears
3 Buerre Bosc Pears
3 Fuji Apples
3 California Navel Oranges
2 Granny Smith Apples
What would I change?
I think I would have added some nuts, kind of spread out in the basket, as a nice little touch. But other than that, I really like the fruit basket that we received. We enjoyed it 🙂
ProFlowers has a lot of things. From, of course, gorgeous flowers, to fruit baskets and more, it is definitely a great site to visit. A nice variety of just about everything to make a loved one smile 🙂
