Eating healthy is very important to me and my family. I always try to feed myself and my family healthy choices. But some days are so busy for us that it can be a challenge! Sometimes I just want to go through that drive-thru!

I had the chance to try out Healthy Choice Top Chef Inspired Cafe Steamers and was excited to do so. They arrived on dry ice ready for me to stick in my freezer or the microwave! I received the Roasted Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms and Barbecue Seasoned Steak with Red Potatoes. The Healthy Choice Top Chef Inspired Café Steamers bring an all-star lineup of bold, modern and exciting flavors to give you exactly what you want – food that is both healthy and delicious.

The first one I tried was the Roasted Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms Healthy Choice Top Chef Inspired Steamers. It sounded fabulously delicious! When I opened it I noticed big pieces of chicken throughout it. Read the directions and put it in the microwave. Once it was done, I opened it, poured the veggies and meat in with the sauce (which is in the bottom half of the bowl) and mixed it up. The unique steaming technology separates the sauce from the rest of the entrée to steam the meal in the microwave, allowing for crisp vegetables, tender meats and al dente pastas.

The sauce in this dish was kind of sweet to me and very good. The veggies were plump, as you can see in the picture, and tasted really good. The noodles were cooked just right so there was no under cooked ones in this dish. I really liked the big juicy chicken pieces in this meal too. I shared this with my two kids and added a dinner roll. It filled us up and tasted great. This is a meal for one person, but I shared it with my kids, because a lot is there!
