Do you have a room in your home that needs a nice, new rug in? I had two they desperately NEEDED a new area rug. You see, having two little busy kids and light-colored carpet, does NOT mix. Stains GALORE on all my carpeting no matter how hard I try to get my carpets to stay clean, it just does not happen, ugh.

So, I thought maybe if I steamed cleaned my carpets really well and then placed a beautiful area carpet on top of it, I would be safe!! So, I totally did just that

So, when I was able to review another carpet from Mohawk, I was in heaven! I chose a gorgeous and I mean gorgeous Mohawk Home 8′ x 11′ Multicolor Select Cambridge Area Rug. Oh my heavens it is sooo pretty in my home! Heck, it would be pretty anywhere!! It is also, stain, soil and fade resistant and I really like that! Just love.

Isn’t it just beautiful in my living room?? My living room feels sooo much more homier now to me and my family. And I love that this carpet is stain resistant, because I am sure there will be a few mishaps with two kids (soon to be three!!).

We live in a home where half of our house is carpeted and the other half is wood floor. During the winter months, a wood floor can get a bit cold, so having a nice rug on that floor is so nice to have.

I received the Mohawk Home Lancaster Neutral 8 ft x 10 ft Area Rug and Oh. My. Goodness. It is NICE! I can’t say enough great things about his area rug, I just can’t! It fits in my formal living room exactly how I was picturing a rug should fit into it and it is thick and feels great on my feet. But, that is certainly not all The pattern is just beautiful! It goes with my new wood blinds and couch!!! I am in love
