Homemade Potato Corn Chowder in The Slowwwwwwwww Cooker!
I just wanted to share with my viewers a favorite recipe of mine, and yes, I made it up 🙂
Homemade Potato Corn Chowder in The Slowwwwwwwww Cooker
Homemade Potato Corn Chowder (In The Slow Cooker)
Recipe:
5 or 6 large potatoes
1 medium onion, cut up
4 celery stocks
Couple of handfuls of baby carrots, cut up if you want
Johnny’s All Salt 😉
2 cups of water
1/2 bag of frozen corn
1 quart of half and half
1 teaspoon of diced garlic (we used the jarred garlic you can buy in the veggie section of your grocery store)
Prepare it as you like, season to taste and put it all together in your slow cooker. I usually cook mine in my slow cooker on high for about 4 hours. I can already smell it, and it smells sooooo good! Talk about a wonderful, healthy meal for the whole family on a COLD day! I serve this up with warm rolls! Enjoy, I know we will 🙂
