Ghirardelli introduces 3 new Premium Milk Chocolate Bars! I am so excited! The new collection includes three varieties made with Ghirardelli’s bean-to-bar chocolate and more than 170 years of chocolate-making experience! I’ll be receiving these new chocolate bars to try and share with my family, and we can’t wait to try them.

Milk chocolate is already a favorite for so many people, but Ghirardelli wanted to bring more quality and craftsmanship to the classic chocolate bar.
The new bars are made with carefully selected ingredients and are designed to have a smooth, creamy texture with a rich chocolate flavor. Rather than completely changing what people enjoy about milk chocolate, Ghirardelli has focused on making the familiar experience a little better.
Varieties Of The 3 New Premium Milk Chocolate Bars
The new collection includes three varieties, ranging from simple milk chocolate to options with added crunch and flavor! And, I can totally see these being added to kids Easter baskets next year!!!
Premium Milk Chocolate
The Premium Milk Chocolate Bar is the most classic option in the collection, letting Ghirardelli’s milk chocolate stand on its own. It is described as smooth and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich chocolate flavor in every bite.
You really can’t go wrong with a simple milk chocolate bar, especially when you want something familiar and satisfying. I can already see these becoming the go-to bars to keep on hand at my home.
Sea Salt Almond
The Sea Salt Almond Bar combines creamy milk chocolate with roasted almonds and a touch of sea salt. It brings together sweet and salty flavors while adding plenty of crunch from the almond pieces.
I tend to enjoy chocolate more when it has a little texture, so this is one of the varieties I’m especially interested in trying!
Caramel Crisp
The Caramel Crisp Bar adds crisp caramel pieces to Ghirardelli’s smooth milk chocolate. The caramel pieces are meant to add texture along with a more layered flavor.
Caramel and milk chocolate are already a classic combination, but the crisp pieces make this version a bit different from a traditional soft or filled caramel chocolate bars. Ghirardelli’s product description also notes that the bar contains crisped rice and buttery caramel bits! Sounds SO good, doesn’t it?!
New Packaging For The Collection
Along with the new flavors, Ghirardelli has updated the appearance of its milk chocolate bar packaging. The refreshed design uses vibrant color blocking and a flowing, swirling pattern inspired by the smooth texture of the chocolate.
The packaging still keeps the recognizable Ghirardelli look, but the brighter design should make the new bars easy to spot while browsing the candy aisle.
Easy Chocolate Treat To Keep On Hand (Or Hide For Later)
These new bars work for more than an occasional special treat. They could be broken into pieces to share during a family movie night, added to some homemade cookies, or kept in the pantry for those days when a little chocolate sounds good.
However, I tend to hide one somewhere I know my kids (or hubby) will never look, so I can enjoy a treat by myself when I need it the most. You know, like after a long day of running kids around, helping with homework, cooking dinner, cleaning my home, and working from home. So yeah, all you mamas know what I am talking about! Haha!
The new three-flavor collection also gives shoppers a simple option for different preferences. There is a classic bar for people who prefer plain milk chocolate, a sweet-and-salty almond variety, and a caramel option with extra crunch.
