These Durable Ankle Rubber Deck Boots Are Made For Messy Weather (Giveaway)

We moved to a place where there is a lot of snow! And living somewhere that gets snow early means I always need a dependable pair of boots for outdoor chores. Wet grass, mud, slush, and lots of snow can make even the quickest trip outside uncomfortable, so durable ankle rubber deck boots that are made for messy weather are pretty much a necessity around here.

I received the Kalkal Women’s All-Purpose Rubber Ankle Rain Boots in the Seasalt Grey color, and my first thought was how cute they were! Rubber boots are not always the most stylish, but these have a cozy ankle-boot look that I really like. I could easily see myself wearing them with jeans while running errands in town, not just while working outside.

These Durable Ankle Rubber Deck Boots Are Made For Messy Weather

These durable ankle rubber deck boots feel like they are very well made. They are sturdy, durable, and really strong. They don’t feel cheaply made or like they will start falling apart after only one season of fall and winter chores.

The reinforced stretchy part of the boot at the top and the back pull tab in the back of the boot both help you to put these on more easily by gripping that part and pulling them on. It also helps you to take these boots off pretty easily, too, without having to keep pulling on the heel to get them off.

I love how cozy and comfy these feel on my feet. The inside of the boots has a 5mm neoprene lining with breathable mesh. It feels cozy enough for chilly weather while still allowing some airflow, so my feet should not feel overly hot and stuffy.

The removable memory foam insoles have arch support and extra cushioning around the front of the foot which I really like. I am looking forward to wearing these during the winter because they will help keep my feet warm, comfortable, and dry while I am taking care of chores outside.

It also has a lightweight EVA midsole also helps absorb some of the impact while walking on hard or uneven ground, which will be helpful when I am outside for longer periods of time. They feel soft and supportive without making the boots feel heavy or bulky.

And, the deep rubber tread gives the rubber ankle boots a good amount of grip so I am not slipping and sliding around outside. The outsole has drainage channels to help move water and mud away, making them a really good rubber boot for slippery decks, wet grass, muddy trails, and snowy ground.

These boots are not just to wear in the winter, either. They would work well for gardening, camping, walking the dogs, fishing, light hiking, rainy days, or any outdoor activity where you do not want to ruin your regular shoes. 

For sizing, I normally wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8. They fit my feet perfectly and feel true to size. Anyone with wider feet or a higher instep may want to go up half a size or a full size for a little more room.

Overall, I am really happy with these rubber ankle deck boots! They are waterproof, comfortable, easy to pull on and off, and strong enough for outdoor chores. The fact that they are also cute enough to wear with jeans is a nice bonus because I kinda just want to wear them everywhere! Ha!
