By applying it this way, you are taking extra precautions to ensure you won’t get any irritated, dry, itchy, or peeling skin. I just always do the sandwich method when using retinols. I can never be too safe and I highly encourage you to do the same 🙂

And yes, you can use it on your upper chest too if you want to target the look of wrinkles or dark spots there, too. I also use it on my neck AND the tops of my hands. Never forget about those areas too!
