I promised myself, at the beginning of this year, that I would eat healthier. I have failed so far. New Year’s resolutions don’t always stick with me, unfortunately. However, every day is a new day and I still want to keep that promise to myself. Now is better than never, right?
With my new way of thinking, I have started once again, to eat healthier. I am coming up with new and delicious ways to create recipes that were once, so unhealthy.
