I promised myself, at the beginning of this year, that I would eat healthier. I have failed so far. New Year resolutions don’t always stick with me, unfortunately. However, every day is a new day and I still want to keep that promise to myself. Now is better than never, right?
With my new way of thinking, I have started once again, to eat healthier. I am coming up with new and delicious ways to create recipes that were once, so unhealthy. I came up with delicious and simple Organic kidney bean soft tacos made from S&W Kidney Beans and they are actually really good! They are a great alternative to your regular bean soft tacos.

I truly hate beans of all kinds, but my wife loves them. She will make chili without for me and then add them for her. I will show this recipe to her as I’m sure she would like it.
