physiological footwear, the first sneakers that has a positive effect on the entire body! The anti-shoe! I received the adorable Kaya MBT shoes. They are like Mary Janes! So cute and comfy. I love how they fit my feet. At first it was a bit weird to have them on as you kind of rock when you walk. But, quickly I got use to them and now I don’t even notice anymore. I have been wearing mine for about 2 weeks now, everyday during the day, just around the house. The first few days I noticed my calf muscles ached like I had worked them out, but I did not! My upper legs & butt feel more toned or tighter. That is how they “feel” as opposed to how they still look 🙂 These are the neatest shoes! All I have to do is wear them whenever I am up and around and they help workout my muscles! They can improve your physical fitness by just wearing this footwear! They also have over 100 styles to choose from in Men and Womens.
They are known to tighten abs, tone butts, improve back pain and improve posture! Ya, I love ’em! They are a keeper! Now, if you do buy a pair of these awesome shoes (think Christmas, wink wink!), then you will need to remember that you will need to order a 1/2 size bigger than your regular shoe size, for the best fit. And always, if you have a medical condition always consult your doctor before wearing MBT’s.

In the late nineties we started a crusade.
We realized that the human body is simply not built to walk or stand on hard, flat surfaces. We also discovered that conventional shoes stabilize the body in such a way that the body’s supporting muscle system is neglected, which can result in joint and back pain.
We wanted to make the world aware that our health is significantly influenced by the way we walk. And we were determined to develop something that would continuously stimulate the postural and stabilizing muscles of the whole body.

The only thing I did not like about these shoes was the price tag. BUT, I feel they are worth the money. I love my MBT shoes and I feel them working for me.
