There is something about new bed sheets on my bed. I love it when I put on fresh sheets and seem to sleep so much better at night!

I recently received some wonderful organic & fair trade bed sheets from SOL Organics to check out. They arrived in a really cute Organic Cotton bag with two buttons on the front to keep the sheets inside. The bag has a nice long strap/handle. I loved that the sheets were nestled inside of a reusable, Organic Cotton tote! Totally cool!

I chose the hemmed organic cotton sheets in the cream color for our king sized bed. These are cool, soft & breathable sateen sheets that are so soft and feel SO good on freshly shaven legs 🙂 Oh I loved getting into these soft sheets at bedtime!

These sheets were put on my bed, as soon as I opened them. I wasn’t sure if I should wash them first like you have to with other sheets, but I just put them on my bed fresh out of their tote! They did have a slight ‘newish’ scent to them, but after a night or two, the scent was gone.

The sheets fit perfectly on my king sized bed and they secure over the mattress nicely. I washed them for the first time the other day and they are back on my bed because they have easily become my favorite sheets because they are so soft! Plus, with every wash, they tend to become softer.
