Oh, I am in love! I recently had the opportunity to try out a wonderfully delicious Carrot Cake from We Take The Cake. It arrived packaged perfectly, in dry ice, and still frozen! I let it sit in the fridge and thaw out a bit, but could not wait long, I had to indulge! I and my kids nibbled at it all day long.

Then my husband came home from work and he really nibbled at it! He LOVES carrot cake and this one did not disappoint him! He kept saying how much he loved the frosting on this cake.
He was sad that it did not have raisins in it, but forgot about that part after a few bites! The only thing I do not like about these cakes is the price tag. But, if you can find a coupon code like the one below, it will help!
This cake was great, everything about it was really, even down to the adorable pink and green box it came in. It was very moist and just so good! The cake I received retails for $47 (see details below)

Our 4-layer Carrot Cake is loaded with freshly grated carrots, walnuts, and crushed pineapple making it naturally sweet and incredibly moist! Filled and frosted with cream cheese frosting, topped with white chocolate curls, and covered in chopped walnuts.
A classic favorite! The cake weighs approx. 2.5 pounds (10 pounds shipping weight with dry ice) and serves 8-10. 6″ in diameter and approx. 5″ in height.
