Member the days of the socks with flip flops? People wanted to wear the socks for comfort and warmth, but still wanted to sport those flip flops. It was a fashion disaster in my book! Not pretty, not cool and certainly not trendy! But what does one do? What can one do? Is it possible to incorporate socks with flip flops to make them trendy, cute and stylish? I certainly did not think so, until I came across TubeFlops!!

Yep, TubeFlops are flip flops with the sock. BUT, the sock connects to the flip flops and DOES NOT go over the toes. Simply adorable and makes anyone who wears them adorable too.

Totally cute, right?! I thought so! Enough to ask Sanuk who makes these adorable things, if I could review them! I received 3 different TubeFlops from Sanuk and really like them all. I got the black, hot pink and the gray and white stripped ones you see above (photo is not me it was taken off their site).

Sanuk TubeFlops Review

They come like above. All folded up nicely. The flip flops themselves are nice and comfortable. The material used on the TubeFlops are comfortable. They don’t make my skin itchy or irritated like some materials or socks do. They are breathable and airy feeling. I LOVE wearing these with jeans only because it is so comfortable. I think these would also be really cute with a little mini skirt too or jean shorts. You can bunch them up or wear them like the picture above. The possibilities are endless! I think that you either like these or you don’t. My nieces did not like them. My sisters liked them. Go figure, right?

I am very happy with my TubeFlops! The only things I can suggest is that I wish that the sock part was detachable with maybe small snaps and that you could buy different socks to change it up abit instead of having to buy a whole different TubeFlop for the color change. I would also like to see these with a little height to them, that would be super cute!

A Memory: I remember, when growing up, there was a GUY that would ALWAYS wear his filthy white stained socks with his flip flops. I am SURE he STILL does, sigh. If only Sanuk made men’s TubeFlops, he could be saved! LOL…
