Do you like essential oils? We do. I wrote a post yesterday I think, about essential oils. I am using them more and more lately. They really do make us feel better.

How Do I Add The Oils To The Aromatherapy Diffuser Bracelet?

It is really easy to do. Just place a few drops on the Natural Lava Stones. As the stones soak up the oil, they will diffuse the scent of the oil. Once the scent is gone, usually takes 1-3 days depending on the oil used, you can then add a few more drops.
