2016 is going to be a year I make some major changes in my life. I am going to get fit if it kills me. I have not worked out in a while and it is showing. I absolutely hate how I look and long for a slim, trim and toned body again!

I need to make time to do it and just do it. I type this as my toddler is behind me pouring out his milk onto my bed. ACK!!!! Ya, find time…. How?? I will just have to do it..

Okay, back from cleaning up the milk my toddler spilled, geez there is NEVER a dull moment around here…

Anyways, back to working out. I just need to do it and I am going to. I am sure I will be blogging about it a lot too, to keep me motivated, so stay tuned for that! LOL.

One thing I am starting with, is my workout gear. I recently was sent a pair of GotyGoty HotWear Slimming Pants, the Anaconda Capri, to wear when I workout.     I really like how warm they would be. It is cold here and allthough I like too wallk, I cant because it is too cold these might help for that

    I really love that these pants comes with a cord that will stop the pant from rolling or falling down, you can adjust the cord to the size you need to hold the pant tight enough so it can stay in place when you move! That’s very important to me!

    I love hot yoga, but it’s hard to get there sometimes…. I’d love to have clothing that raises my body temperature in the same way~ plus, the capris come in a bunch of colors, have a hidden pocket, and look super cute!

    I need to get slimmer and more healthy and I like that the GotyGoty Anaconda Capris are cute, flexible, adjustable, and breathable! They are just what I need when I work out!

    My favorite feature of the Anaconda pants from GotyGoty is the cord that will stop the pant from rolling or falling down, you can adjust the cord to the size you need to hold the pant tight enough so it can stay in place when you move. I hate exercise pants you are always pulling on to keep up.

    I love that they help with circulation. For someone that has really bad circulation and had surgery 3 times for it makes this a real added benefit.

    I like that YES, they come in larger sizes. Face it, we sometimes start out larger! yes?? And I like capris. I never EVER show my thighs. EVER. LOL I would LOVE to try these out. I am working out, going to lose that final flab I put on at the Men-o-Pause.
