One thing I really like is Silent Mode. Instead of the beeping sound it makes during treatment, you can choose the subtle vibration mode so it just lightly vibrates with each treatment area, which makes treatments feel quieter and a little more private.
So, if you want to do a NIRA skincare laser treatment while someone is sleeping nearby, watching TV, or you just don’t want anyone wondering what you are doing (hey, been there, done that!).😂
This feature is really nice to have! NIRA describes this as haptic feedback that replaces sound while still giving you the same treatment guidance! So nice to have it!
Where Do I Find The Extra Power Settings On The NIRA PRO 3?
This is something I think I need to talk about real quick, only because when I received my new NIRA PRO 3 to review, I thought I was sent the old version (NIRA PRO)!
Why? Because I couldn’t see the 9 power settings on the front of it, I only saw the original 5 power settings, so I was a bit confused. I guess I should have maybe read the manual first?? But, in my defense, I was juggling about 55 other things at the same time, so no, I did not read the manual first, haha!
Anyway, I emailed my contact and asked her, and she nicely replied: they are on the NIRA app! Ohhhhhhh, I said, and quickly thanked her! LOL! Goodness me!😂 All 9 power settings are IN the app, and that is how you can access them! Now that I have explained this, one less person will not be confused!
NIRA says the app unlocks four additional laser power levels, including two Sensitive settings and two advanced settings. So, if you want access to all 9 power settings and features on the NIRA Pro 3, you need to connect it to the NIRA iOS app!📱✨
Can I Still Use The New NIRA PRO 3 If I Don’t Have An iPhone???
I couldn’t find the Android NIRA app, so I messaged NIRA, and this is what they said:
“At the moment, the NIRA app is only available on iOS, and the additional power levels (beyond the default settings) are unlocked through the app.
For customers using Android devices, they can still use the NIRA Pro 3 normally, but they won’t be able to access the extended power settings unless they pair the device with an iOS device (such as an iPhone or iPad). Once paired, those settings can be selected and used through the app“.
So, it looks like, for now anyway, if you own only an Android phone/device, you will not be able to access the extra power settings. However, they are working on an app for Android.
In the meantime, you can see if someone in your family owns an iPhone/tablet and access it that way with the NIRA app. And, YES, you can still use the new NIRA PRO 3 without the NIRA app, you just won’t be able to access the extra power settings.

How Does It Feel To Use The NIRA Skincare Laser?
It feels like a little bit of warmth on the skin. That’s it. No painful snapping or zapping. No harsh burning feeling. No “beauty is pain” nonsense! 🙌
I can describe the feeling as a very quick, warm sensation when used correctly on clean, dry skin. I also recommend starting on the LOWEST power setting and then adjusting to your unique comfort level as you get used to the skincare laser.
I use the power setting level 2 (sometimes 3), and I have been using these lasers for a while now! That is just my comfort setting level. Of course, I have gone up to I think 4, but I feel like the lower setting was more for me.

As we get older, collagen naturally starts to break down and decline. That is one of the reasons skin can begin to look less firm, and wrinkles become more noticeable (so much more noticeable, sigh…).
The new PRO 3 works by heating the dermis to help stimulate natural collagen production and help remodel existing collagen. Instead of resurfacing the top layer of skin as other skincare devices do, this non-ablative, non-fractional laser is designed to work below the skin’s surface without pain, redness, or any downtime.
