Mid-Thigh Bodysuit by Amia

*Product Received. Opinions Are Mine.

Bumps and bulges are just not pretty. After having little ones, my body has changed big time. I am not stick thin anymore and I have cellulite when I used to not have any. Was it worth having kids for a body like the one I have now? You BET! But, if I can hide those bulges, I will!

Mid-Thigh Bodysuit by Amia

The Mid-Thigh Bodysuit by Amia helps hide unsightly bulges. It helps smooth out your problem areas from the torso to the mid-thigh. This stops right under the breasts, so that you can still wear your favorite bra with it. It also has detachable straps, so you can wear it with or without the straps. At the bottom of the shorts part there is pretty, feminine lace that lays flat and looks pretty.

One thing with shapewear is having to pull it down, each time you go to the bathroom. That can be a HUGE pain, especially if you have worn shape wear before, you know how hard it is to pull those puppies up! With the Mid-Thigh Bodysuit, there is a convenient ‘opening’ at the crotch area, so that you don’t have to pull these down to go ‘number one’. Number two? Not so much..

This bodysuit is made from 74% Nylon and  28% Elastane. It is smooth and comfy on. I definitely suggest ordering a size up, when ordering as these (to me), tend to run a bit smaller.

I need a few of those. Kids definitley change us. I wouldn’t change it, either, but sometimes I don’t want all my flab flapping around.

  2. I have one almost just like that! It’s usually too hot to wear in the summer but it really comes in handy!

  3. Yeah, most shapewear doesn’t work with a large opening for the rear “hatch”. That’s another reason I wear it sparingly!

  11. The pull apart bathroom opening is mandatory. Trying to wiggle in and out is horrible. I like the detachable straps too!

  14. I know this bodysuit doesn’t have a number two opening, but I am still loving the number one help they’ve provided. Bodysuits are darn near impossible to deal with once you have them on, so the less you have to maneuver them the better.

  20. I have never worn shape wear — but I like this one. Especially since you don’t have to peel the entire thing off when you need to go to the bathroom!

  21. I do wear shapewear. Even when I was thinner. I love the mid thigh bottoms because I can’t stand for my legs to touch each other.

  24. I really need one of these. Never saw a reason to need one until the other night when I wanted to wear a form fitting dress and you could see under lines, so I had to forgo the dress for the evening and wear something else.

  30. Interesting and seems effective. Honestly I cannot stand extra clothes on and anything confining. I hardly want to wear a bra and underwear (but I do. Lol). I think the little opening for bathroom breaks is genius

  32. Mid-thigh bodysuits do not work for me, but I do agree that bumps and bulges aren’t flattering. I think shaping garments are magical little things.
