My son started feeling sick on Friday so I had him stay home from school. He ended up feeling better the next day, so it was only my little girl who got this flu, so far. I hope it stays away now! No one likes to throw up 🙁

How To Make Apple Cider Vinegar Tea For Cold And Flu
I am now getting a cold. I felt it creeping up on me Monday night. I have been taking Echinacea, Vitamin C, and I have been diffusing my essential oils to help get those germs out of the air! I like to diffuse Thieves and Lemon together, smells so good!
I have also been drinking every morning for the past three days, a homemade tea that is supposed to strengthen your immune system and help detox your body. It is a spicy, lemon tea and tastes really good even though it has ACV in it too (apple cider vinegar).
