20-Second Fitness: Week 1! Oh ya, I am on that boat!!! I am so excited to be able to try out the 20 Second Fitness DVD Program! I just finished week one. The first two weeks of this are the “warm-up” weeks, to get your body prepared for more intense full-body workouts. The first day or so I was thinking, this is soooooo doable and easy!! But, by day 5 into the first warm-up week, I was starting to feel the burn, and it is JUST the warm-up week. My calves, stomach, and thighs are kind of achy.

After this first week, I am feeling a bit healthier already. I also find myself a little more energetic. I am really liking this program so far, and can’t wait to see how this week will make me feel! I am now starting week 2 tonight 🙂
Very excited about it as I want to lose 20 lbs. by August. Not sure if I will indeed lose that much by August, but hopefully I will have at least lost some and firmed up a bit. I don’t see how I would not firm up, with this program though, so I am hopeful!!!
I really like these workouts because they are VERY quick and they are new every day. Nothing is the same. I hate working out to videos that have the SAME thing every single day, I get bored and lose interest, FAST. With this, I look forward to the next workout. I like the different ways we work out and nothing is ever the same!
