Essential Oils Lemon & Grapefruit Sugar Scrub
The first thing I made with my Essential Oils is some Homemade Lemon & Grapefruit Sugar Scrub. Oh. My. Goodness. It smells SO good and leaves my skin SO soft and moisturized feeling! I absolutely cannot tell you enough, how wonderful this lemon & grapefruit sugar scrub with essential oils works!
Plus.. it was sooooooo easy to make! I made it while my baby was throwing a fit, yay!!! 😉 Took my mind off of my toddlers HUGE fit and gave me something positive to do! Win/win 😉
Essential Oils Lemon & Grapefruit Sugar Scrub Recipe
1 Cup of raw sugar
1/2 Cup of an Organic Skin Care Oil (next time I will use coconut oil)
5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
5 drops of Grapefruit Essential Oil
Mix and add to a cute container
This cannot be kept long, but there is no chance it would be kept long in our home anyways! It is used up SO fast as everyone wants to use it!

I think it’s wonderful u r providing ppl w/ natural remedies instead of overpriced scrubs that cost hundreds. I think the organic ones lk u md r better for you than store bought ones, that contain chemicals out the wazoo. If i can’t pronounce it, why should i trust it on my skin? Thx for this cool recipe i will be trying VERY soon!
