I finally can say I love living out in the country. Not only can we have quietness and beautiful views but we also can get produce and other things that are homegrown, for a lot less than you can get in the city.
And now I have to cook more because there are no stores close to us! One thing I recently made for dinner is Stuffed Baked Potato With S&W Beans and it was SO good! Grab the recipe, below!

Stuffed Baked Potato With S&W Beans! Easy Meal Idea!
I recently purchased a HUGE 75 lb bag of red potatoes (the potatoes are SO big!!) for only $10! That was so awesome! Now I have to think about what to do with all of these big potatoes!
Maybe make a lot of french fries with homemade hamburgers, potato chips (my friend just taught me how!) and hash browns (which I can freeze potatoes for later use!) and many more ideas on the horizon.
But, today, I decided to make a yummy baked potato with some delicious S&W Beans, bacon, and other goodies stuffed inside of it! So so so so GOOD!
We eat a ton of S&W Beans, they have such a great variety of beans (S&W Beans offer a wide variety of ways to use beans, some even out of the ordinary), and so mixing the kidney beans with the potato was a great decision! Probably one of the best decisions I have made in a long time when it comes to food.
We like S&W Beans because they have the highest standards in the industry, delivering premium quality for over 120 years. So, I know of them and I trust them. S&W Beans have 50% less sodium and organic options, so there is something for everyone.
S&W Beans provide convenience for people that are time-constrained (hey parents!!) and are seeking easier to make and healthier food options. Just open up the can, drain it (or not!) and mix it in with a dish you are making for an easy weeknight dinner or lunch.
Not only do S&W Beans taste super good but they look great mixed into any dish! I mean, look at the potato I made, isn’t it gorgeous?!? It was also DELICIOUS!
This potato side dish is perfect and easy for weeknight fall dinners and/or a quick lunch! It is simple to make and even my kids enjoyed eating them.
Since our potatoes are so huge, the kids each shared them and my hubby and I got pretty full after eating a little more than half of ours! So, it makes for good leftovers too!

I like the baked potato part, but not sure about the beans. However, I would at least try them.
