The following recipes have the ingredients that are proven to be the best for a human body. Milkshakes are the heroes in the world of nutrition, the star foods of nowadays cultures to which today, thanks to globalization, we can have access. I recommend drinking for breakfast as I am not a big breakfast person!

Creamy Red Fruit Smoothie

This is a special shake to prevent premature aging, as it provides us with a strong load of antioxidants from red fruits and, above all, from Acai or Maqui Berry, two superfoods that stand out for their antioxidant capacity.

These are the main properties of this shake. The hemp seeds are the source of protein from superfoods, one tablespoon provides approximately 7 grams of protein with all the essential amino acids. A banana will give you a lot of energy, vitamin B6 and potassium.

And raw almonds are a good source of healthy fats and minerals. And, as if that weren’t enough, spinach helps us alkalize and detoxify because of its high amount of chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals.

The phosphorus and sulfur it contains are necessary for the brain, to strengthen the nails, hair and prevent premature wrinkles on the skin. Hemp provides us with all the amino acids that the body needs.

Super Vitamin C Smoothie

Although we are now in the middle of winter – the classic flu and cold season – we want to have the recipe for this shake on hand to strengthen our immune system.

The reality is that we cannot avoid being in contact with viruses and bacteria, since they are everywhere, and it is impossible not to come into contact with millions every day.

So all we can do is strengthen our immune system so that he is responsible for defending ourselves and keeping us healthy throughout the fall and winter. Luckily, there is a solution – a healthy smoothie that will keep you safe and sound.

Our smoothie contains a lot of vitamin C thanks to mango and oranges. Millions of antioxidants, flavonoids, and beta-carotene that help neutralize free radicals.

Turmeric is a root that also of the large number of antioxidants that it has, it is extremely anti-inflammatory, and finally, coconut contains lauric acid that has antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-fungal and antibacterial properties, so we present a highly alkaline beverage with approximately 1500 mg of vitamin C, along with a pump of vitamins and minerals, accompanied by anti-inflammatory agents and compounds that fight or help your body win the war against viruses and bacteria.

This one can lump a bit but you can get that ideal smooth texture by using suitable blenders quite easily. Now you just have to put all these ingredients in the blender and that’s it!

 Ingredients:

– 2 glasses of very cold water

– 1 handle

– 2 small peeled and seedless oranges (many of the nutrients are in the white part attached to the peel, so if you can leave it, better. You can remove the hard white part of the orange inside if you want)

– ¼ carrot

– 1 teaspoon of turmeric (can be a powder or half a small toe of the root)

– ½ teaspoon of Camu Camu

– 1 tablespoon coconut butter

These natural shakes bring us both the nutritional benefits of dairy products and fruits, apart from being very tasty. These recipes we mentioned, as well as all the similar ones, are an important source of calcium, an essential nutrient for the development and maintenance of bones, especially in minors. In addition, they contain many other proteins, such as casein, with anticancer properties.

Speaking of fruits, they are very rich in minerals, fiber, and vitamins. For example, citrus fruits and strawberries contain a high percentage of vitamin C, while vitamin B is present in apple, melon, watermelon, mango, custard apples, and grapes. For its part, vitamin A is found in fruits such as mango, tomato, peach, melon, and cherries.

The value of all these nutrients is intensified by the fact that to make the smoothie, the whole fruit is used. And it is that the skin of the same contains much of the minerals already named. Try it out now and enjoy it. We are sure that the milkshakes made at home will make you healthy and happy.
