I absolutely HATE the feeling of makeup on my face. The less I wear the better. But, I have to wear makeup or I feel naked. I am a total beauty/makeup junkie. Doesn’t make sense, if I am a beauty junkie, that I would hate the feeling of makeup on my face, does it? But it is true. So, I am always on the lookout for foundations and makeup that claim to feel light, feathery, or barely there. I came across Luminess Air, which is an air brushing makeup kit, and was so very intrigued that I had to contact them.

Luminess Air agreed to send me a kit to review. I was so excited to try out this system, as the reviews on the site are wonderful! Nothing but great things about it! It arrived very quickly to my home. And yes, I tried it out that day! I first watched the DVD that came in the kit, just so I knew exactly how to use this neat air brushing machine. It seemed easy enough.

I pulled out the machine, plugged it in, turned it on and grabbed the primer. I put a few drops of it into the machine, while it was on and air brushed the primer on my face. This helps set your makeup and it is oil free!!! Next, I selected the makeup that best matched my skin tone. I then, while the machine was on, put in a few drops of the makeup and then pushed on the button and held it about 6 inches away from my face/neck and started to air brush my makeup on!! Talk about EASY to do! I thought that it would take a bit more effort then it did. But no, it is absolutely SIMPLE to do and does not really take any extra time to put on makeup. The only part that takes maybe a bit longer is cleaning the machine, which is recommended after each use. But other than that, wow, simple! After the makeup was on, I then added a little bit of blush on my cheeks and some bronzer on my neck, nose and forehead. All done!! OMG, it looks flawless!!! I am in LOVE with my Luminess Air, and I am not just saying this, I am truly in love with this product!!!

Everything about the Luminess Air, from the makeup to the air brush machine is just awesome. Luminess Air also does not test on animals, only humans! They believe in making their cosmetics as simple, holistic, organic and natural as possible.

Now, airbrushing your eye makeup is a bit more trickier to do, but I think that the first time I did pretty dang good! You can’t really tell in this picture (which is now also my Facebook profile picture, cause I love my makup so much in it), but it is natural looking and just beautiful!
