CONTEST OVER!! CONGRATS TO KERRY, COMMENT #106!!!
This past weekend at my house, the weather was fabulous! Neighbors were mowing their lawns, burning debris and gardening. The smell in the air was so Springy! Me and the family played outside and really enjoyed ourselves. More days like this are ahead, and I am truly excited! With warmer weather, comes the thought of swimsuits. Now that I am a Mom, my body has certainly changed a bit and I no longer wish to show it off as much. Essential Swimwear has some absolutely adorable pieces to choose from, when it comes to cute, hip and flattering swimwear.
I was sent a very cute top and bottoms from Essential Swimwear and I could not be happier with the suit! I received the Broadway Ruffles Halter Top and the Black Skirted Bottoms. Super cute together and seprately! I love the top because it fits great. It has adorable little ruffles around the neck and hem of the halter top. It ties around the neck and shows your back off a bit (a part of me I don’t mind showing off!). It also has built in cups to shield your boobs from the ever so uncomfortable “digital display” that happens when us ladies get chilly 🙂 The bottoms are just as cute and comfortable! They have built in bikini’s in the skirt, so no cute surprises to unsuspecting humans. It ties on the side and that allows you to tie it tighter for a snugger fit or looser for a looser fit.
Super cute, right?! I love it! I can hide all my “Mommy spots” but still can feel sexy and in style too!
These suits are already affordable, but they do have a sales page too! Check it out!
About Essential Swimwear (taken off their site):
After becoming thoroughly discouraged every season as I searched for the perfect swimsuit, I decided that it didn’t exist. I was frustrated with expensive prices, wrong fits and the hassle of searching online for hours. Having some sewing experience, the thought came to mind, “Why don’t I make my own swimsuit?”
After a lot of trial and error, I was finally able to sew swimsuits that were comfortable, stylish and flattering. I began making swimsuits for friends and family and soon the word started spreading.
I sold hand-sewn women’s swimsuits in 2008 and 2009 and received an overwhelmingly positive response. I gained priceless knowledge as I personally fit hundreds of women. I was able to discover their needs, wants and insecurities. With this knowledge I was able to design a line of swimsuits for the 2010 season.
To increase the quality and keep up with demand I no longer hand-make the swimsuits, but am able to offer styles, designs and a price point that fits the needs of women.
I hope you enjoy wearing these swimsuits as much as I have enjoyed designing them!
