So, I saw on Facebook that Jen, from Life with Levi, is doing the I Am Doing The 30 Day Squat And Crunch Challenge . I thought it sounded easy enough to do, so I am doing it too!
I am on day three today!! Whoosh! So far so good. I am also mixing in the 30 Day Crunch Challenge because I need to work on not only my ADORABLE bum bum, but my super cute tum tum as well (NOT cute..). I could do before and after photos, but I do NOT want to traumatize any of my readers..
If you have never heard of the 30 Day Squat Challenge, just head on over to Life With Levi, she explains it pretty well and she has the chart for you to go by! Easy peasy, well so far anyways 🙂

I loved the idea of the 30 Day Squat Challenge with Jen posted it, hadn’t seen the 30 day crunch challenge so thanks so much for sharing it. I am IN! I have been running 3-4 days a week the past week to. I am READY! (I think haha)
