How Tommee Tippee Helps Make My Life Easier With My Baby

We all know being a parent is no easy task. Unless you have kids yourself, you just will never really know. I once (very recently in fact) posted something on Facebook, asking for parental advice on how best to handle my son who was acting out and not listening to me.

I had so many wonderful parents step up and give me great advice! Then, there was this ONE individual, who is NOT a parent mind you all, tell me to stop taking ‘selfies and painting my nails all day long‘ (because I really DO do that ALL day long! I ignore my children so badly that they are starving and raising themselves…), and parent my child and maybe then he would start behaving. Hmmm.. Well, I think by me posting on a public forum and ASKING for advice about my son, was being a concerned parent wanting advice… not a parent who is neglecting her child. But, that is just me..

Anyways, she goes on to say she was just kidding and then it all blows up (of course! I have good, loyal friends who know me in real life and online, who were all sticking up for me..) and the broad went CRAZY. So, if you are not a parent, please for the love of God, do not try and dish out horrible advice like what this individual did to me. It if fine to give advice if you are not a parent, but you never really understand how it is to raise kids, unless you actually have them to raise. Not to say I don’t take advice from people without kids, because I do, but…..

Anyways, I am sure you are wondering what this has to do with my post? Well, I am getting there! So, seeking advice online proved to be not really worth it for me, that day. But, a lot of the time it is super helpful and I get so many wonderful people giving me great advice!

baby bottles

Now, onto my post! Tommee Tippee has been a product I have used with all of my kids! From my first who is already showing his tween temper, to my sweet daughter who is wanting to be 8 already (she is only 6!) to my littlest bundle of joy, my 17 month old baby boy, Tommee Tippee has been a part of them growing! We have the bottles, the diaper pail, pacifiers, bottle sterilizer and more things. Love the products and love how much more simpler Tommee Tippee makes things!

Like cleaning my baby bottles and ensuring they are truly clean by putting them in the Tommee Tippee bottle sterilizer everyday. Helps me know that when my baby drinks out of his bottles, they are CLEAN. I also will put his pacifiers in the sterilizer and get those clean too. He is always throwing them on the floor or putting them in weird places (like behind the toilet…:/), so yes, they need to be sterilized too! Yuckos!

360° sealer™ Diaper Disposal System

The bottles are my all time favorite to use. I love the size of them and my baby just prefers the nipples on them to any other. I also am in love with my Tommee Tippee 360 sealer diaper pail. I have used MANY diaper pails before and this one is the one I have kept on using every day. The other ones made it into the hands of my friends who recently had babies, so they were thrilled, but I  kept the best one, in my opinion 🙂

nursing my baby

So, between diaper changes, bottle feeding (and breast pumping, yep, still do that too!!!), cleaning and sterilizing, Tommee Tippee has made doing those things MUCH easier. I stand by their products because they work and that works for me!

I also wanted to leave something to ponder…

When a distraught mother goes on a public forum and seeks advice for her child, do NOT tear them down, say horrible and untrue things and make them feel like crap. Chances are, they are already very upset and desperate to help their child, so they are vulnerable anyways. Hearing harsh things? Ya, that is NOT the way to support someone. Common sense!!! Some people do NOT have any and they never ever will..

What are some baby products that you just can’t live without and that make your life much more easier with little ones?

It sounds great. I wish we had it when our daughter was small. It was a chore to sterilize bottles.

LOVE Tommee Tippee! As a rookie first time mom four years ago, I researched the heck out of everything and decided on these bottles for my son and bought four small ones and 6 large ones, complete with different flow level nipples. Never once did I think that maybe my baby wouldn’t take to them and then I’d be out money for the ten bottles and nipples already washed and sitting in my cabinet (see? first time mom mistake!) Thankfully my son loved them and I never had to buy another…until my daughter came along. But now that she’s over her reflux, she’s too using them!

I am a big fan of Tommee Tippee as well but did not realize that they had the 360 sealer Diaper Pail. That looks really nice and I will be checking into it soon.

*sigh* Some people seem too ready to pass judgement these days. When my son was born other mothers and I talked about “what worked for me” “something is worth a try.” We talked about breastfeeding vs bottle or cloth vs disposables as matters of curiosity and for information…not judgement.
Having said that—Id love to have had some of the fantastic baby gear available now!

I don’t have any little ones but this company sounds like they make some great products.
On a side note..why would anyone do that to you or anyone else. Some people have NO business being online at all :/

One baby product that both of my grandsons LOVED was the wubbanub pacifier! It was so easy for them to hold.

Oh my gosh, Kim, I would want to slap anyone that made you feel bad, or any mom, who was seeking help. I agree, that is NOT how to support them!

I wish I had a Tommee Tippee bottle sterilizer when my kids were babies. It would have helped me out a lot and just to know the bottles are extra clean would have been nice. These products are wonderful.

Even though I thought I had found ‘the best’ pacifier or bottles (whatever) with the first child, it turned out a different brand worked better with my daughter. It turns out the variety of shower gifts received was a wonderful opportunity to try out new brands.

I think these Tommee Tippee products are great. My sister uses a bottle warmer from Tommee tippee and says she can not live without it. She also warms up babies food with a food warmer. Tommee Tippee makes great products for family.

My sister was a huge fan of Tommy Tippee products when my nephew was in his infant stage. I am sure they will be her go-to brand when she has her second child
