I was having such a hard time falling asleep every single night that I literally took the ipad to bed with me, went to youtube and found some nature sounds to sleep by!! But I found out that basically I was overwhelmed by work and my brain couldnt sleep because of that. I’ve been off work for thre weeks now and not only do I fall asleep instantly, but I get a really good deep sleep now. I wonder how bad its going to be when I have to go back.
