It seems since my littlest has such SEVERE eczema since moving to Idaho, I have been going the natural route on a lot of products. Some of my most favorite products are handmade and natural from companies I trust like Giving Soaps. Their ingredients are 100% plant-derived.
Giving Soaps is a really interesting company that gives back when you purchase from them. Who do they give back to? 20% of their profits go directly to charity. They love supporting non-profits that wisely utilize all donations – especially those who find creative ways to cut costs, allowing them to serve even more people!
Charities are vetted extensively prior to receiving any money from them, and each is required to utilize at least 90% of their total proceeds to their causes. their charities do rotate each year, so if you have a charity you’d like us to consider supporting, just let them know by going here!
With that said, the products are amazing. Seriously, amazing. Not only are these products packaged with such care, but each package comes with a handwritten note from the owner. Now, tell me that isn’t just awesome?! Plus, the packaging is all reusable and/or compostable (no plastic!).
When I opened this package I KNEW I was going to love everything. And, guess what? I do. I really do. I feel safe, confident and good knowing I am using handmade, safe products on our skin.
The bath bombs are the bomb! They fizz up nicely and leave my bath filled with a nice aroma and little pieces of herbs to nurture my body. The lotion/cream has a scent of vanilla and is a light lotion which absorbs into my skin nicely leaving it soft and smelling sweet. The candle is nice and burns slowly and clean. It makes my kitchen smell so nice! The handmade soaps are all so nice. I love using the soaps in the soap sweater because the soaps go inside and the sweater buffs my skin and keeps my soap in its place! Love this! The essential oil roll on for my headaches helps to naturally relieve my headaches. I really like this and keep it in my purse.
Everything is just wonderful and I am so pleased with these products. I hope you will all check out Giving Soaps and see for yourselves. These would make great Christmas gifts!
