Do You Work In Customer Service?

Please Share!

*Do You Work In Customer Service? This post is a partnered post brought to you by UserIQ. Opinions are my own.

Before I became a blogger, I worked in retail. I worked for a hotel at the front desk, I worked at Target, I worked at Sears, Taco Bell (don’t ask, but the food I made ROCKED) and many more places.

One thing I always remember about working retail is the customers are ALWAYS right. Oh, boy, that always allowed for that ONE customer to decide what they were RIGHT about. At times, it was hard.

But, in the end, I always enjoyed working with people and seeing them happy when they were done with their transaction or whatever it was they were seeing me for. I really enjoyed working in the customer service area of retail.

Now that I am my own boss, things have changed for the most part, but treating people with respect and honoring my end of the bargain (so-to-speak) still stands and ALWAYS will stand, for me. Nothing is more important than being professional and delivering what I say I am going to deliver, in a timely manner.

What Else?

Do You Work In Customer Service?

My readers of course! I only try to take on work that I think my readers (YOU!!) will enjoy. I also try to work with brands/products that I think you will learn something from. I want you to learn something from my blog posts and I want you to find new and exciting products from my blog posts.

I get so excited when one of my readers emails me to say ‘wow, you really opened my eyes to this brand/product’ OR ‘Thank you so much for that article, I can totally relate’. I love emails and feedback like that from you all! I appreciate each and every one of you!

Now that I DO work for myself, I need to understand what my readers need/want. With UserIQ, you can do that. UserIQ gives SaaS businesses one source of truth for user data and a suite of built-in engagement tools, so everyone from product management to customer success, marketing to sales, can keep customers coming back for more.

Though UserIQ may not be something for me at this time, maybe in the future it will be. I do know that this is something that if you do own your own business, or are IN business, this should be something to ‘look into‘.
