Mini Cinema Projector for Families

April 19, 2016

Please Share!

I remember when I was younger, my dad would pull out the old projector and we would sit in our family room and watch our family films. The projector would project onto the wall and we would just sit there for hours watching and laughing and remembering those days!!! SO much fun. It was ALWAYS something to look forward to as a family!

Nowadays, things are a bit different, aren’t they?!? Family time is not really existing anymore. With parents and children on the internet, doing their own things, family time has taken a backseat for the most part and that makes me so sad!

CINEMOOD

That is why I think that CINEMOOD is SO important! I want to share with you all this new mini cinema projector for families! Oh, the memories this brought back for me!

CINEMOOD is the World’s First Mini Cinema Projector designed to create more memorable moments with  your family and loved ones. I love the idea of this kid-friendly portable mini cinema projector. It certainly caught my eye, when it came across to me in an email. I wanted to learn more!

Michael Bukhovtsev, CEO of CINEMOOD and father of two, came upon the concept of a wireless kid-friendly projector while designing a simple home-theater for his children. He was looking for a solution that gave his kids the opportunity to interact with technology in dynamic ways while at the same time allowing parents curatorial power over the content, which the children were exposed to. I know I am ALWAYS worried about my kids being online. You NEVER know what they may come across! So, he developed a small, easy-to-use projector that addressed both needs!

CINEMOOD

Okay, But WHAT Is CINEMOOD? What Does It Do??

CINEMOOD allows you to turn any blank wall or ceiling, into an awesome theater!! Families can watch pre-selected cartoons and movies, view digital books, listen to audio fairy tales or use the device to beam light onto the wall or ceiling for a fun puppet show! So much fun! I love the idea of a projector! Such good memories for me!

CINEMOOD was created to bring families together again and expose children to technology in a way that is not only fun but engaging too. My kids would LOVE CINEMOOD and so would I!

The latest version of the CINEMOOD comes ready with content that has been carefully selected by educators and child psychologists. Cut the Rope (My son and daughter LOVE this game!), Kit^n^Kate, Qumi-Qumi (Toonbox), Hooplakidz, and KikOriki are just a few of the names featured on CINEMOOD! Also, users can upload their own content to the device via USB or stream through Wi-Fi.

CINEMOOD Smart Cover

CINEMOOD also released something called ‘Smart Covers‘. These are themed covers that automatically unlock content to your projector as soon as they are placed on it (example: the Hooplakidz cover uploads seasons of the cartoon to the projector).

What About Apps?

Yep! CINEMOOD comes with a companion app. It is compatible with iOS and Android platforms. It allows you to control the device! Parents can limit the amount of time your kids are on the device. You can also send your kids videos through this app and messages!

I love this idea. You are right that everyone is connected to their smart phone. When we suggested watching the old movies our youngest balked at it because he didn’t like his older brothers making fun of him
