On August 21st, do you know where you will be to view the total solar eclipse? We will probably be in our backyard viewing it. We live in Idaho and Idaho is a great place to view the total solar eclipse!

The event will begin on the Oregon coast as a partial eclipse at 9:06 a.m. PDT on August 21, and will end later that day as a partial eclipse along the South Carolina coast at about 4:06 p.m. EDT.

    I am in Vermont but did not try to view it..I stayed in the house because I can barely see as it is..lol

    I live in Texas so it’ll only be partially visible here. I won’t take my young son out to view it because I don’t want to teach him to look at the sun.

    Not that interested in the solar eclipse, but I do like to watch for shooting stars from time to time, its kinda hard to see much of anything when you live in Florida= skeeter bugs!

    We’ll be in New York state. Supposedly, we’ll be able to see about 70% of the eclipse. I hope my 3 year old can see it!
