I Am Getting A Butt Lift!! Yay! I am so excited about it too! I have always wanted one and now, I get one! My butt will FINALLY be lifted and perky! It is probably not the butt lift most think about though. The butt lift I am speaking of is the Brazil Butt Lift and I am on day 8!

I was watching t.v. one night and that infomercial for the Brazil Butt Lift came on. I have seen it before and thought, ‘hmm’, but then quickly forgot about it and changed the channel. But, it was always in the back of my mind, because of the success so many people have had with it.

So, on one lonely, cold night, I sat on that couch and watched that dang infomercial and got excited. Excited enough to grab my laptop and order that Brazil Butt Lift.

It arrived on my doorstep and I did not open it right away. It sat, sat for a week in fact before I decided to open up that box.

When I finally did, I poked around at the contents of the box and then, I put it in my sons crib (which he does not really use) and it sat for another day or so.

Then, for some unknown reason, I got a bit of energy and stormed into my room, slammed my door closed, locked it and put in one of the DVD’s. After that, it has been an everyday routine for me. I am SO happy I went for it, FINALLY and took that much-needed plunge.

These are NOT easy workouts. They are strenuous and hard to do! That first day I did the ‘Sculpt‘ workout DVD and the next day I could not even bend over or walk correctly.

It hurt. BAD (in a good way, of course!). But, I went ahead and did another workout that day and I worked through that pain. Now I still feel sore, but not a pain sore. It is a good muscle sore! The underbutt part of my butt is especially sore!

I already feel stronger after 8 days. I took my measurements and before photos last week. Those are hidden from the universe.

Oh my, looking at that before photo and staring at those measurements. certainly has given me that extra push I needed to actually stick with a workout this time.

I am very excited and know I will FINALLY be able to wear a swimsuit this year and feel good about myself! Wish me luck, though now I know I don’t really need the luck because this workout has already become routine for me! I look forward to it! Never thought I could say that again!

So, in about 6 weeks, stay tuned for my AFTER photos and if you are lucky, I might post my BEFORE photos.. we shall see, but you might be scarred for life..

    I’ve done that once with a Mixer before! Just had to have it and ordered it from a TV commercial… although it probably should have been workout videos instead haha

    Did you know that the glutes are the largest muscles in the body and if you strengthen/tone them, it seriously increases the amount of fat/calories burned naturally. You go, girl! I’m really interested now in these videos.

    I haven’t seen the infomercial, so I’m intrigued! I’ve been doing the elliptical a LOT more lately. Wonder if that’ll help at all? 🙂

    Is that the one with the pencil test? Where your butt cheek shouldn’t be bale to hold a pencil if it is the perfect Brazilian butt?
