This is just in the nick of time for the busy holiday shopping season! Two new helpful websites for consumers like you!
ToyInfo.org: This website provides the information that you need to make the right choices about which toys to buy for your family. From safety facts, free downloadable play guides to recall information, it is all here! You will also find a discussion board to discuss with other parents about different topics too! This site is engaging and very informative, just call it a one stop resource for caregivers and parents!
My thoughts on this website: I really enjoyed browsing it. It is very easy to navigate and everything is organized really well. I appreciate that, because I am too busy to try and look for items on a website! I hate that! One thing I really liked was it has a section for toys of the year! Now, I don’t have to search everywhere to see what is popular and what will be hard to find this year!
ToyAwards.org: This website showcases the top toys that were nominated for 2010 Toy of The Year. You will discover toys that the experts think are the best, and parents and your kids can indicate your favorite toy picks and register to win your choice of one or more of 11 prize packages!! Woot!
What do I think about this website? I like it! My favorite part of this whole website is the Links and Resources page. It is filled with information on safety, whether certain toys have lead (always scary and good to know!) and more. Great to know site and I will use as a reference when needed.
Disclosure:
For writing this review, I was automatically entered in a random drawing to win one of three packages of toys and games. No compensation was given to me. Just helping to spread the word on behalf of the two mentioned websites above and Team Mom! Thanks and happy shopping 🙂
