 I can’t believe it is already December 1st! What the heck?! I have got to get in my kitchen and start baking my Christmas cookies ASAP! We make all sorts of yummy goodies and this year, we made these delicious White Chocolate Caramel Filled Snowflake Candies! They are not only really good but they are just so pretty to look at! I almost don’t want to eat them! Aren’t they pretty?

Equipment

• Silicone snowflake mold
• Pastry brush

Ingredients

  

• 1/2 cup white candy melts, or white chocolate
• 1/2 cup caramel bits

Instructions

 

• Melt your candy according to package directions.
  
• Add a spoon full of melted candy into each mold cavity, and use the pastry brush to coat the entire mold cavities with candy.
  
• Set candy-filled mold in the freezer.
• Melt the caramel bits according to package directions
• Spoon melted caramel into each mold cavity
  
• Top with more melted candy
  

Notes

Store these in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 3 weeks.
