White Chocolate Caramel Filled Snowflake Candies
These little snowflakes are the perfect way to get into the winter spirit! Each one is made with creamy white chocolate and smooth caramel, making them irresistible.
White Chocolate Caramel Filled Snowflake Candies
Equipment
- Silicone snowflake mold
- Pastry brush
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white candy melts, or white chocolate
- 1/2 cup caramel bits
Instructions
- Melt your candy according to package directions.
- Add a spoon full of melted candy into each mold cavity, and use the pastry brush to coat the entire mold cavities with candy.
- Set candy-filled mold in the freezer.
- Melt the caramel bits according to package directions
- Spoon melted caramel into each mold cavity
- Top with more melted candy
