Unlike regular shoes with synthetic soles, Juil sandals provide a minimal barrier between your feet and the ground, allowing for a more profound grounding effect. It was the closest thing to walking on the earth’s surface outside! Natural earth surfaces are the best!
My personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive. While I haven’t noticed significant changes in balance, the comfort level is exceptional—comparable to wearing a pair of cozy slippers.
