First Things First!

Once the Embr Wave was out of the box I read the directions. I charged the Wearable Body Cooling Device And Heating Bracelet first. Once the cooling bracelet was fully charged the light bar will show a solid green light.

Next, you place the Embr Wave Cooling and heating bracelet on the INSIDE  of your wrist. You can wear it either way, but wearing it on the inside of your wrist is the best way in my opinion because it maximizes the effects better. The inside of your wrist is more sensitive to temperature changes because it contains more thermoreceptors.

Press the middle of the light bar to ‘wake it up‘. Then you can decide if you want to be cooled down or warmed up. You press the blue lighted side for cooling and the red lighted side for warming.

The longer you press either side, the more cooler or warmer the bracelet will get. It never is uncomfortable or burns you, so no worries there!

Adjusting The Temperature Level Is Easy!

To adjust the temperature level of your Embr Wave wearable body cooling device and heating bracelet, you simply press the light bar. Press and hold the blue side for cooling or the red side for warming.

You do this for 5-10 seconds or until you reach your desired temperature level. The light bar will flash a red or blue when it has reached its maximum level of cooling or warming, so no second guessing.

Who Can Use The Embr Wave Bracelet?

Anyone! If you are going through menopause, and are getting those dreaded hot and cold flashes, this is something you should have! If you always get too hot or cold, this is for you too!

This is also a great option for people who work in an office setting and are not able to turn up the heat or turn on the air conditioner.
